Vision Statement

To recognize, develop, and appreciate the character, talents, and abilities of each member of our Company. To utilize these collective attributes to create construction documents, provide services, execute our daily tasks and conduct ourselves in full compliance with the spirit and wisdom of the Engineer's Creed.

The Engineer's Creed:

As a professional Engineering Firm, we dedicate our knowledge and skills to the advancement and betterment of human welfare.

We pledge:
To give the utmost of performance;
To participate in none but honest enterprise;
To live and work according to the laws of the people and the highest standards of professional conduct;
To place service before profit, the honor and standing of the profession before personal advantage, and the public welfare above all other considerations.
In humility and with the need for Divine Guidance, we make this pledge.

The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) published a Code of Ethics for Engineers in June of 1954. That document has been edited to include the decisions, tasks, and daily activities of all our staff.

The Engineer's Creed is similar to the oath attributed to Hippocrates (460-377 B.C.) that is generally taken by medical graduates to set forth an ethical code. The Engineer's Creed also contains parts of the Canon of Ethics of several major engineering societies.
