Jim Peters took employment with the firm in June of 1975. He became a partner in the firm in 1982. Jim is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, is a member of several professional organizations including NSPE, OSPE, IEEE, IES, and IAEI, and is a LEED Accredited Professional and an Accredited Tier Designer. He serves on the Advisory Council for the University of Akron Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Jim has provided electrical design services for many institutional, commercial, industrial, retail, service, and recreational facilities throughout northeast Ohio during his 34 years of service. Jim strives to provide thorough and accurate construction documents that address the present day and future electrical needs of each Client and project.

Dave Tschantz has over 34 years experience in the electrical engineering field and has been responsible for the electrical design and specification for Healthcare Facilities, Schools, Trucking Facilities, Downtown Renovations, Churches and Office Buildings. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in many states, Dave has had experience in projects throughout the country. He also has construction supervision experience. Dave is a member of National Society of Professional Engineers, IEEE and IAEI. Dave co-founded the Advisory Council for the University of Akron Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and remains an active member of the council. Dave is a LEED Accredited Professional and is active in the community.

Michael Casseday took employment with the consulting engineering firm in January of 1987. Mike is a registered professional engineer in the State of Ohio and a member of IEEE, NSPE, TriCounty Code Interpretation Committee and IAEI. Mike has experience in electrical design of Healthcare, Institutional and Commercial Facilities.  Mike is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Brian Holloway has over 24 years experience in the mechanical engineering consulting field, which includes the planning, design, on-site observation and specifications for Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional and Educational Facilities. Brian is a member of ASHRAE and currently chairs the Student Activities Committee.

Patrick Klanac has over 21 years experience as a mechanical engineer involved in the planning, design and specification of mechanical systems for Healthcare, Laboratory, Cultural Arts, Commercial/Office, Data Center/Computer Facilities, Educational, and Parking Facilities. Pat is a member of ASHRAE, is the past President of American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Ohio, Cleveland Region and served on the ACEC Ohio Board of Directors in 2003 and 2004. Pat is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio and currently in 17 other states, a LEED Accredited Professional and an Accredited Tier Designer.

Christine Bates holds the position of Business Manager for Peters, Tschantz & Associates, Inc. Bates brings over 10 years combined experience in the engineering and marketing industries to the firm, where, in her role, she is responsible for the management of marketing efforts and day-to-day operations of the firm. She is a graduate of The University of Akron and holds a BSBA and MBA.
