PTA provides an environment where employees can learn new skills and refine those they already have. This is done by providing healthy (achievable) challenges to the employees, and encouraging a collaborative working atmosphere where employees get the opportunity to work with those outside their discipline, field or area of expertise. Employees see many parts of projects, including lots of things that they may miss if they were part of a larger organization.

The consulting industry is unique within the field of engineering, requiring a broad and diverse skill set. PTA fosters that diversity with a wide range of clients, projects, and design tasks, many located within Northeast Ohio.
