PTA provides an environment where employees can learn new skills and refine those they already have. This is done by providing healthy (achievable) challenges to the employees, and encouraging a collaborative working atmosphere where employees get the opportunity to work with those outside their discipline, field or area of expertise. Employees see many parts of projects, including lots of things that they may miss if they were part of a larger organization.

PTA provides an environment where employees get to work on various projects and different tasks within those projects to expand their skill set. Great pride is taken in the quality of work and the end product and this gives the employee a great sense of accomplishment at the completion of a project. PTA also provides for continuing education for the always advancing and evolving consulting industry, which keeps the employee up to date with technological advances. Overall, the engineering experience at PTA develops well rounded engineers!
