This project was constructed as a new three-story, 38,000 square foot medical office building core and shell. The facility was furnished with main utility distribution spaces, elevators, egress stairwells, entry lobbies and public restrooms. New utility services were extended to the building including natural gas, water, sewer, storm, electric, and data/telephone services. Additionally, main distribution infrastructure was installed.

The central HVAC systems and plumbing systems were installed for the future tenant spaces as well as all core building areas. A central hot water boiler plant was installed in order to provide hot water for building heating. The building was also furnished with a fire suppression system with full coverage of all areas.
