Our detailed design and elevated level of client service has been recognized across the country. The majority of our work is with high reliability systems and facilities, healthcare facilities and data centers. We are also involved in the design of commercial facilities, such as educational, industrial and office buildings.
The PTA Difference
Success Driven Engineers
The success of the Owner’s project is our prime objective. This starts with being a great teammate with the Owner and other project stakeholders. We take pride in our role of translating and understanding the MEP+T requirements of the Owner’s project objectives and integrating those systems into the structural and architectural “body” of a building bringing it to life.
Our Core Values
"It is not enough to be busy; so are the ants. The question is, 'What are you busy about?' " - Henry David Thoreau
Every aspect of our engineering services is approached diligently, with focused, detailed and persistent work effort. Our simple mission is the success of our Client's projects.
"I could say analogously that tolerance is the affable appreciation of qualities, views, and actions of other individuals which are foreign to one's own habits, beliefs, and tastes." - Albert Einstein
PTA relationships have a common interest - the successful completion of a project. PTA teammates are expected to be approachable, considerate, respectful, empathetic and composed. Professionally Affable behavior promotes an open, positive culture that bridges all relationships.
"The price of greatness is responsibility." - Winston Churchill
PTA is driven to achieve project results that exceed our Client's expectations. Our engineering services are systematic, process-oriented and typically involve complex relationships and schedules. They require timely and accurate execution of our responsibilities. PTA teammates are required to be accountable to themselves, accountable to their teammates and accountable to external project relationships.
"If you would attain to what you are not yet, you must always be displeased by what you are. For where you are pleased with yourself; there you have remained. Keep adding, keep walking, keep advancing." - Saint Augustine of Hippo
PTA teammates are expected to step outside their comfort zone, to embrace change and the challenges of change, to seek overall growth and to support the growth of their PTA teammates. PTA affords the opportunity to change and grow for the benefit of the firm and the individual.
