The Akron Civic Theatre, built in 1929, was designed by famous theater architect John Eberson. After more than 70 years of operation, it underwent a major renovation in 2002. PTA Engineering had the pleasure of working on this renovation, which included a stage house addition and system upgrades (service entrance, normal power and emergency power, restrooms and concessions, lighting upgrades, power distribution and sound system).
