Illinois-based CDK Global required the move of its office space in Northern Kentucky to the Cincinnati, Ohio area. PTA provided two, two-day long surveys of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for the recently renovated CDK Global Center of Excellence division. The surveys included a 4-story, 80,000 square foot office building and a 5-story, 91,000 square foot office building. This was followed by post-survey projects designed and constructed in multiple design and bid phases, which included MEP infrastructure upgrades and multiple floor renovations covering all 9 floors (approximately 176,000 square feet, including temporary swing space during construction).

The MEP design was performed in synergy with the Building Landlord's infrastructure upgrades receiving PACE funding to ensure adequate heating, cooling and ventilation for the increased occupant density.
